Photos and videos
Your photographer should consult with the minister prior to the wedding. Normally, photos may be taken at the exchanging of
rings and at the signing.
Guests may NOT take photographs during the service and it is up to you to tell them so.
Videos may be permitted but, again, the minister must be consulted and the operator must comply with the minister's
instructions. The minister has complete discretion over the use of video equipment in the church.
Reception
You may wish the minister to attend the Meal after the Wedding. If he is free to do so, he will come along. You must,
however, give reasonable notice if you wish the minister to say grace before the meal, or to speak, or to act as Master of
Ceremonies. Don't be disappointed (or too elated!!) if the minister can't attend. There are many demands on his time
not least of which is his own family.
